Application Sodium Bicarbonate application is administered through oral, intervenous, and subcutaneous routes. It treats metabolic acidosis by normalizing extracellular and intracellular pH level.

Dosage – 325 mg to 2 g for adults and teenagers, 1-4 times a day. However, dosage may differ depending on health conditions, body weight, etc. (Take medical practitioner’s advice before taking any medicine).

Side Effects – Headache, loss of appetite, weakness, frequent urination, swelling of feet, etc.
